What We Can Support

From concept
to debrief

Engage us at any stage, for a single element or the full exercise lifecycle. Each service can be commissioned independently.

Whether you need help designing a scenario from scratch, on-site moulage artists, or someone to manage the full exercise day , we work alongside your team at whatever level makes sense.

· Scenario Advisory

Consultation on exercise design , learning objectives, casualty mix, complexity, and time pressure shaped to meet the assessment intent.

· Scenario Design

Full scenario package built from your casualty profile , timeline, injury sets, and controller paperwork. Use the SIMFX Support Cards Scenario Builder to draft your casualty mix before we talk. You sign off the design before delivery.

· Moulage Provision

On-site casualty preparation by experienced moulage artists, matched to the scenario injury profile and reproducible across rotations.

· Live Exercise Support

On-site support throughout , moulage refresh, injury escalation, actor briefing, and reset between rotations. Where SIMFX Support Cards are in use, actors carry them on the day.

How an Engagement Works

Concept to exercise,
step by step

A typical engagement moves through four stages. We can join at any point.

Ambulance technicians at an exercise
01 Concept & Discovery

A scoping conversation to understand the exercise, the learning outcomes, the environment, and the constraints on time, space, and resources.

02 Scenario Design

Detailed scenario package , timeline, casualty profile, injury list, materials list, controller and observer paperwork. Signed off before delivery.

03 Exercise Day Delivery

On-site moulage application before each wave, live refresh between rotations, fidelity support throughout. Our team works alongside your controllers without taking over.

04 Debrief & Handover

Optional debrief support and post-exercise notes. Materials and Support Cards left with your team so the standard developed for this exercise is reusable for the next one.
