The right materials make the difference between a simulation that works and one that does not. We help you identify, source, and start using the products each Support Card calls for.

The right kit can be hard to find
Most trauma simulation materials are specialist items not stocked in high-street stores. Knowing what to buy, where to buy it, and how much to spend depends on the scenarios you are running and the frequency of your training programme. Each Support Card lists exactly what it needs. We help you source it.
Talk to us about sourcing →What We Can Source
Every Support Card lists the products it requires. These fall into four categories. We can advise across all of them, whether you are starting from scratch or extending an existing kit.
Bloods
Theatrical and medical-grade blood effects for external bleeding, pooling, and contamination. Formulated for skin safety and accurate colour at training distances.
Silicone
Platinum-cure silicone and pigment for building 3D wound prosthetics. Used across entry wounds, lacerations, burns, and degloving effects that need physical depth and texture.
Palettes
Alcohol-activated colour palettes for wound colouring, bruise layering, and skin tone adjustment. Includes specialist wheels for burns and contusion effects.
Tools
Applicator brushes, sponge stipulators, palette knives, and setting tools. The right tools affect application time and realism as much as the product choice itself.
From first purchase to a fully stocked simulation kit
Whether you are equipping a simulation room for the first time or expanding an existing kit to support new scenarios, we can advise at whatever level you need.
We map the products listed on your Support Cards to specific items and brands, so you know exactly what to order rather than spending time testing alternatives that may not work.
For organisations new to trauma simulation, we specify a starter kit that covers the most common effects without overspending on specialist items you will rarely use. A focused set of products that works across multiple cards.
We have established relationships with specialist makeup and simulation suppliers. Where a direct introduction speeds up procurement or unlocks trade pricing, we can make it.
As your scenario library grows, so does your product range. We advise on what to add as you introduce new card types, ensuring your kit keeps pace with your training programme.
