SIMFX® Shop, delivery information, returns policy, and refund terms.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched from Cheshire, UK. We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery
International shipping is available to most countries. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
- SIMFX® is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date (UK) or 21 working days (international), please get in touch and we will investigate.
Returns
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day period.
How to Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return and provide the return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging where possible.
- Post the return at your own cost using a tracked service, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Items Excluded from Returns
- Opened simulation blood products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Personalised or custom-printed items.
- Items that have been used or are not in resaleable condition.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photographs of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
