Accessibility

How accessible this website is, what we have done to make it usable for everyone, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.

This statement applies to teamsimfx.com, operated by SIMFX® LTD (Company No. 12666655), referred to below as “SIMFX®”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. It explains how accessible the site is, what we have done to make it usable for as many people as possible, and how to report a problem.

1. Our Commitment

1.1   We want teamsimfx.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, who navigate with a keyboard rather than a mouse, or who use browser zoom to enlarge the page.

1.2   We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard widely used for public-facing websites in the UK.

2. How Accessible This Site Is

2.1   We have built the site so that you should be able to:

  • navigate the whole site using a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
  • skip straight to the main content using the skip link at the top of each page;
  • read text at a colour contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA;
  • zoom or resize text without losing content or breaking the layout;
  • complete our forms with properly labelled fields, where errors are announced to assistive technology;
  • turn off non-essential motion, as we respect your browser’s reduced-motion setting;
  • understand every image, as all images carry a text alternative.

2.2   We believe most of the site meets WCAG 2.1 AA. Some areas may not yet fully conform, and these are listed below.

3. Known Limitations

3.1   Some parts of the site use components provided by other companies, whose accessibility we do not fully control:

  • the security check on our contact and booking forms (Cloudflare Turnstile);
  • the secure payment pages used at checkout (Stripe).

3.2   Older documents or downloads offered from the site may not be fully accessible.

3.3   We are working to identify and remove remaining barriers, and we review the site as it changes.

4. Reporting an Accessibility Problem

4.1   If you find something you cannot access, or you need information from this site in a different format, for example large print, plain text, or a format that works with your assistive technology, please contact us. We aim to respond within 1 working day.

5. Your Rights and Reasonable Adjustments

5.1   Under the Equality Act 2010 we have a duty to make reasonable adjustments so that our services are accessible. If an accessibility barrier stops you using the site, booking a course, or making an enquiry, contact us and we will help you directly, including taking your enquiry or booking by phone or email.

6. Technical Information

6.1   This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA. It is partially conformant, which means some content does not yet fully meet the standard, as described under Known Limitations above.

6.2   We assess the site using a combination of automated tools and manual checks, including keyboard testing and colour-contrast measurement.

7. Review of This Statement

7.1   This statement was prepared in July 2026. We review it as the site changes and will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
